01Business Development ExecutiveSales and partnershipsOpen role

Build relationships with retail brands and their project teams, and bring new briefs into one connected design, production and installation route. You will own the path from first conversation to an approved quotation.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach retail, QSR, FMCG and lifestyle brands that run store rollouts.
Understand each brief: scope, locations, timelines and brand guidelines.
Prepare proposals and quotations with the design, estimation and production teams.
Follow up on approvals and hand won projects over to client servicing.
Maintain the pipeline, client records and meeting notes.

Requirements

Prior B2B sales experience, ideally in signage, retail fit-outs, interiors, printing or display.
Clear written and spoken English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
Comfortable reading drawings and discussing materials with project teams.
Willing to travel to client offices and sites.
Working knowledge of Excel, email and a CRM.

023D DesignersDesign studioOpen role

Turn brand guidelines and site surveys into 3D visualisations and buildable store concepts that production can work from. Your renders are used for client approvals and for the factory floor.

Responsibilities

Build 3D models and photorealistic renders of stores, fixtures, signage and displays.
Translate brand guidelines and site measurements into buildable concepts.
Work with the 2D team and production to confirm materials, joinery and lighting.
Revise visuals quickly against client feedback.
Keep files, versions and material libraries organised.

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max or Blender with V-Ray, Corona or Enscape.
Good command of Photoshop; AutoCAD is an advantage.
A portfolio of retail, interior or exhibition work.
Understanding of how furniture, signage and fixtures are manufactured.
Attention to scale, finish and lighting.

032D DesignersDesign studioOpen role

Prepare 2D layouts, artwork and production drawings for signage, graphics, fixtures and store fit-outs. Your drawings are what the factory and installation teams build from.

Responsibilities

Prepare layouts, elevations and detailed production drawings in AutoCAD.
Adapt brand artwork for signage, graphics and print across formats and sizes.
Check drawings against site measurements before release to production.
Update drawings when approvals or site conditions change.
Coordinate with 3D designers, production and site supervisors.

Requirements

Proficient in AutoCAD, CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
Accurate with dimensions, tolerances and file preparation.
Experience in signage, retail interiors, printing or fabrication preferred.
Able to meet tight turnaround dates without losing detail.
Freshers with a strong portfolio may apply.

04Site Installation SupervisorProjects and installationOpen role

Lead installation teams on site across India, keep the work to drawing and schedule, and hand over finished stores. You are the last link between the factory and the customer's opening day.

Location: Pan-India sites, based out of Bhiwandi
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Employment: Full-time
Education: Diploma in civil, mechanical or interiors preferred
Travel: Frequent, travel and stay covered by the company

Responsibilities

Lead installation crews for signage, furniture, fixtures and store fit-outs.
Check site readiness and measurements before work begins.
Keep installation to approved drawings, quality standards and the handover date.
Coordinate with the factory, project managers and the client's site team.
Enforce site safety and report progress with photographs and snag lists.

Requirements

Hands-on experience supervising installation in retail, interiors, signage or fabrication.
Able to read drawings and manage skilled crews.
Comfortable working in malls, high streets and outstation sites, including night work before launches.
Basic reporting on a smartphone, with Hindi and English.
Safety awareness for working at height and with electrical work.

Support billing, documentation and project closure.

Requirements

Experience in client coordination or account servicing, ideally in retail, signage, interiors or advertising.
Excellent written communication and follow-up discipline.
Organised with Excel, email and project trackers.
Able to stay calm when timelines move.
Understanding of production and installation is an advantage.
